At Family Care of Fairview, located in Asheville, North Carolina, we offer compassionate and comprehensive healthcare to people in the Reynolds community. Diana F. Bradley, MD, founded the practice in 2001 with the mission of providing efficient, cost-effective, and considerate care to all patients.
Our practice offers a wide-variety of services, ranging from acute needs to management of chronic conditions. All of our providers help you preserve your health with regular check-ups and comforts and supports your family’s total wellness.

YOUR CARE TEAM
Faith is our RN care manager and has been with our practice since February 2022. She obtained her CNA at North Buncombe High School, RN through A-B Tech, and BSN through Western Carolina University. She worked as a CNA for three years and an RN for one year at CarePartners Rehabilitation Hospital in Asheville. She came on staff and has been the Chronic Care Nurse Case Manager and Transitional Care Manager here at Family Care of Fairview. Her favorite part of her role is being a cheerleader for her patients and having the privilege to serve them and make their lives a little easier. Outside of work at FCF, she works occasionally at CarePartners rehab hospital, but loves to spend the majority of her time with her family and fur babies: her horse Cai and her dog Missy, who you may see around the office occasionally.
Meet Practice Managers, Kerry and Mindy
Kerry has been at Family Care of Fairview since 2005. She started at the front desk, worked as a medical assistant for Rick McIntyre, PA and has worked her way into her current position as one of the practice managers. Along the way, Kerry has helped to establish Family Care of Fairview as one of the top family practice offices in the Raleigh Durham Medical Associates group. Her leadership skills and personal relationships have helped to mold an atmosphere of loyalty and growth among her staff. A strong passion of Kerry’s is to make people feel loved and welcomed. While not at Family Care of Fairview, Kerry enjoys spending her time with her family: her husband, and 2 girls live on a functioning horse farm where they love to spend time together and be outdoors as much as the weather allows.
Mindy has been with Family Care of Fairview since 2006, where she began at the front desk. In 2009 she became a Certified Professional Coder and is now one of the practice managers.. Her role here is mainly focused on coding and billing; however she is involved in most all areas of the practice as well. She prides herself on great customer service and attention to detail. We can always depend on Mindy for a job well done. Outside of Family Care of Fairview, she can be found spending her time with family and friends.
Kelsey is an ASAPT certified level four Phlebotomist and currently works in the position of assistant practice manager. She has been with our practice since 2015, carrying a variety of different responsibilities during that time. Kelsey loves helping people and her favorite part about her role is helping to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Kelsey is known for her compassion with patients and attention to detail in her work. Outside of the office Kelsey loves spending time with her husband and twin girls. She is also very involved in her church serving as a Sunday school teacher and youth leader.
Jon is a CNA who joined the team in 2017 and currently serves in the role of referral coordinator and quality team lead. In addition to referrals, care gaps and quality measures, he also handles our prior authorizations and supports the team across the board however possible. For Jon this is more than just a job, it’s a career and he has found his permanent home on this team. He is passionate about patient care, his favorite part about his role is the sense of family that our team has and the positive, happy environment that we share. Outside of work, Jon enjoys playing disc golf and grilling, and playing with his dog Cozy.
Julie is our front office coordinator and is one of the first faces you meet at our office. Originally from Florida, Julie has been with our practice since April 2022 coming to Family Care of Fairview from a background in optometric assisting. She is known for her vibrant, welcoming and bubbly personality and loves connecting with patients. Her favorite part about her role is how loving, supportive and caring her work family is, and helping to create an environment where patients feel cared for and like a member of our extended family. Julie always has a smile on her face and is willing to go above and beyond to assist her patients in any way. Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her fiance and their german shepherd Tank.
Krystin is a vital member of our Quality Care team and has been a part of our practice for 8 years. Krystin began working at Family Care of Fairview when she was a senior in high school. She plays a versatile role on our team as she is a certified CNA, and recently graduated cum laude from Western Carolina University with her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. Her favorite part about her role is the positive interactions she gets to have with patients on a daily basis, and the fulfillment she gets to bring to others lives by helping to make her patients' medical care a positive experience. Outside of work, Krystin enjoys spending time with her family, friends and boyfriend, hiking and adventuring outside, spending time on her family horse farm, and reading. She is also currently working towards obtaining her Masters Degree in Health Science.
Lisa is Medical Assistant to Maggi Ormand, and has been with Family Care of Fairview for almost 10 years. She came to our practice with Dr. Paul Chang in 2013, and worked as his assistant for 32 years. When Dr. Chang retired in February of 2022, Lisa decided to stay with our practice and transition to working with Maggi. She is a familiar face in the office and is truly an asset to our team with her experience and knowledge. Lisa is always there to answer questions, going above and beyond to help both her patients and her fellow staff members. Lisa has a deep passion and love to help geriatric patients and be a helping hand or listening ear. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys reading, and spending time with her husband of 33 years and family. She has two beautiful adult children, both of which are married. Lisa is very excited to someday become a grandmother and spoil her grandbabies!
Tina is a Certified Medical Assistant with an Associate Degree from South College, and Certification by the AAMA. After working for Dr. MacDowell for 15 years, upon his retirement in Aug. 2018, she has found a new home here at Family Care of Fairview working with Rick. Tina is dedicated to her patients and her job, believing that each one deserves her respect, a good ear to listen to them, and to feel better after their visit. Tina is always there to answer questions, going above and beyond to help both her patients and her fellow staff members. She is a familiar face in the office and is truly an asset to our team with her experience and knowledge. Family is important to Tina. When not with her work family here at FCF, she enjoys spending time and taking care of her family and being Grammy "T" to her grandson.
Parker is the Medical Assistant to Samantha Ericksen, and has been with our practice since August 2021. Parker came to Family Care of Fairview with a background in veterinary assisting and a desire to connect with patients in human medicine. She started at the front desk but when the opportunity to step into a clinical role opened up, she stepped into the role of medical assisting naturally, working seamlessly with Samantha and making immediate connections with her patients. When not at work Parker enjoys spending time with her best friend Julie, playing co-ed softball and taking naps with her dog, King.

We appreciate your cooperation as we strive to provide the highest level of care from start to finish by preventing unnecessary demographic mistakes that can prevent/delay claim payment resulting in incorrect billing. This also assures that we are able to reach you with pertinent health-related information in a timely manner.
Family Care of Fairview has an agreement with COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY CENTER OF WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA, P.A. to provide behavioral health services for their patients.
