Michael is originally from a small town outside Greensboro, North Carolina but settled in Asheville in early 2020 with his wife and golden doodle. Michael most enjoys being outdoors and can usually be found golfing, mountain biking, or kayaking in his spare time.
Michael received his masters degree for family nurse practitioner from Western North Carolina in 2023. Before moving to Asheville, Michael attended East Carolina University where he received his first bachelor's degree in public health in 2013. Michael then received a second bachelor's degree in nursing from ECPI University in Orlando, Florida in 2019.
Michael has extensive experience in orthopedic and cardiovascular care from his time working as a registered nurse in an orthopedic unit and on a cardiac progressive care unit. Michael prides himself on his ability to connect with patients and understands the value of spending quality time getting to know his patients. He looks forward to getting to know you!
